Mr Rudi Dicks

Rudi Dicks is the Head of the Project Management Office in the Private Office of the President, responsible for implementing initiatives such as the Presidential Employment Stimulus and the Presidential Youth Employment Initiative. He oversees the coordination of regulatory reforms and drives the Just Energy Transition Investment Plan. Dicks also leads Operation Vulindlela, a joint initiative between the Presidency and National Treasury to fast-track structural reforms. Previously, he worked at the Department of Planning Monitoring and Evaluation, where he established the Socio-Economic Impact Assessment System (SEIAS). Dicks holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Economic Principles and an MSc in Finance from the University of London.
