Southern Africa Labour and Development Research Unit (SALDRU) 
Established in 1975, SALDRU is a research unit within the School of Economics at the University of Cape Town. We focus on labour markets, poverty, inequality, and economic development in Southern Africa. Through rigorous empirical research and policy engagement, SALDRU aims to inform strategies that promote inclusive economic growth and social upliftment in the region. 

Economic Research Southern Africa (ERSA) 
ERSA is an organisation dedicated to advancing economic knowledge in Southern Africa. It supports high-quality economic research, fosters collaboration among economists, and facilitates the dissemination of findings to inform policy. By bridging the gap between academia and policymaking, ERSA contributes to sustainable economic development and improved governance. 

African Leadership Initiative (ALI) 
ALI is committed to developing the next generation of African leaders. Through a series of seminars and leadership programmes, it cultivates values-based leadership and encourages participants to tackle the continent's most pressing challenges. ALI fosters a network of leaders who are dedicated to driving positive change and promoting ethical leadership across Africa.
