Lebo is an Administrative Associate at J-PAL Africa. Before joining J-PAL, Lebo worked as a Front Desk Officer at Industroclean, a Client Coach at Nedbank Ltd, and a Banker at Nedbank Ltd.

Lebo holds a National Certificate in HR Management from Varsity Institute of Science and Technology and a National Certificate NQF 5 in Banking from Chartall Business College.
